Payment for the service or products provided to you at and/or through this site may be made by automatic credit card or check debit and you hereby authorize Financial Issues Ministries to transact such payments on your behalf.

You may elect to become a Standard or Prime Member of FinancialIssues.org (“Standard or Prime Member”) by purchasing a membership to FinancialIssues.org. You hereby agree that FinancialIssues.org may immediately authorize your credit card (or other approved facility) in the amount equal to the then current membership rate (“Standard or Prime Membership Fee”) for each period of Membership (the “Membership Period”). Standard or Prime Membership Fees are earned in full upon receipt and are non-refundable in the event of a termination request by you during that Standard or Prime Membership Period. By purchasing a Standard or Prime Membership, you also authorize FinancialIssues.org to charge the then prevailing Standard or Prime Membership Fee amount to your credit card (or other approved facility) again during each subsequent Standard or Prime Membership Period. If you decide to not renew your Standard or Prime Membership you must do so by emailing us at [email protected] AT LEAST one day prior to the end of the then current Standard or Prime Membership Period. If you do not cancel your Standard or Prime Membership at least one day prior to the end of the then current Standard or Prime Membership Period, your Standard or Prime Membership shall continue until the end of the next Standard or Prime Membership Period following the receipt of the notice of termination. You will be charged the Standard or Prime Membership Fee for this final Standard or Prime Membership Period at the then current Standard or Prime Membership Fee. As a Standard or Prime Member of FinancialIssues.org you agree that your Standard or Prime Membership will be used exclusively by you, and may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity, nor may you provide any other person or entity access to your subscription, either directly or indirectly. You must keep your password strictly confidential. You agree to be personally liable for all charges you incur during or through the use of the Site. Your liability for such charges shall continue after termination of your Standard or Prime Membership for any reason.

Standard or Prime Members agree that you will not copy, reproduce, re-post, distribute or transmit any Submitted Materials submitted by any other Users or Standard or Prime Members for any purpose in any media. You agree that you will provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration process and that you will update that information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. If you engage in prohibited conduct and/or if your behavior leads to complaints from other users, is deemed in the discretion of the employees, management or staff of FinancialIssues.org to be an inappropriate use of the Site, harassing or objectionable, or you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if FinancialIssues.org has reason to believe such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.

FinancialIssues.org has the right to suspend or terminate your account and any current and future Standard or Prime Memberships or use of the Site, or the services FinancialIssues.org offers, without any further obligation to you or any third party. In the event that your Standard or Prime Membership is terminated, FinancialIssues.org will return to you the remaining prorated portion of your current Standard or Prime Membership Fee and may block any future use by you of the Site or terminate any future Standard or Prime Membership if it is reasonably believed that you or someone else who shares your address (physical or virtual) is attempting to use the Site or obtain a new Standard or Prime Membership to which you may have access.

If you do not want Automatic Renewing of Standard or Prime Membership

You may terminate renewing option of this Agreement by closing your account with FinancialIssues.org, and terminating your Standard or Prime Membership by emailing us at [email protected] at least one (1) day prior to the end of the current Standard or Prime Membership Period or by, at any time, logging into the website and going to the Dashboard/My Account/My Membership page where you will find a “Cancel” link. Choosing this will allow your partnership to continue until your previously-paid year is completed, at which time it will expire. Standard or Prime Membership Fees are earned in full upon receipt and are non-refundable in the event of a termination request by you during that Standard or Prime Membership Period. You agree, that in the event your Standard or Prime Membership is terminated by FinancialIssues.org, your sole remedy for damages resulting from the termination or otherwise shall be the return to you of the remaining prorated portion of your current Standard or Prime Membership Fee.

What information does Financial Issues Stewardship Ministries collect?

How does FISM use my e-mail address?

Your e-mail address is used to create and identify your account on FISM. Your e-mail address is also used by FISM to correspond with you about any orders that you may place or to keep you updated if you sign up to be part of our ministry. We may also use your e-mail address to notify you about important functionality changes to the Web site.
