Make sure you check the Buy List regularly. The markets are currently overbought since rallies from January. But the overvaluations have gotten a bit better based on company valuations and earnings getting better. “Shorts” (those that believe Profits will be made by making short-term investments) are at a 9-year high. If they cash out (of these shorts), could this cause a correction? Yes, but some are so old that it will have less of impact than it might have three years ago and, the further away we get from January, the better. So a pullback would not surprise me. All strong pullbacks, in my opinion, should be viewed as buying opportunities and not as signal to get out and hunker down. It will not likely be as dramatic and long lasting as some think. We could see a buying opportunity.
